Marc has made a professional habit out of disrupting the status quo …it’s in his DNA. He has built and led organizations that serve enterprises, small businesses and consumers, at both startups (OnCue, Deem and Additive Partners) and major enterprises (Intuit, Microsoft, McKinsey, HP, Intel, Verizon and Dell). He is an expert at finding key disruption points, identifying innovative initiatives and executing in fast-paced, high-tech environments. Marc holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and both an MBA and MA from Stanford University. He has also served on boards and committees for community not-for-profits and foundations.
Co-Founder and CTO
Eran has made a lifetime career out of developing, launching and managing software start-ups. Prior to Budgeta and TruEquity, Eran led the engineering of Yahoo’s open search initiative (BOSS). He was also the founding CEO and CTO at Mercado Software, a pioneer in e-commerce search; and was founding CEO of RawSugar, a social search application. He also co-founded Eyecon Technologies, the first software-based remote control. Eran has advised on enterprise technology and strategy for several companies, including Amazon’s A9 business unit and PSS Systems (acquired by IBM).

Hagi is always on the lookout for the next “big thing” in finance. Prior to connecting with Eran on Budgeta and TruEquity, Hagi served as Venture Partner at WTI and later founded Magnolia Capital, an investment advisory firm. He also served as CFO at Check Point Software Technologies (NASDAQ: CHKP), a leader in network security. He piloted Check Point through an IPO and follow-on financing. Earlier in his career, he was CFO and GM of Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP). Hagi has also served as a Board of Directors member for Silicon Graphics and Collective, and was an Audit Committee Chair for both Can Capital and Mimecast.
